Twenty Two

A soul-centric circle empowering your unique life print — unbound by logic, reason, and cultural, familial, and societal constructs. Together we awaken to, unravel, witness, and support the dissolving of internal conditioning that has limited your path to expansion — giving voice, vision, and courage to your truest self.

All are welcome.

Come as you are.

Learn why Twenty Two, amongst other creative and professional endeavors is at the heart of my life offering. It is my invitation to myself and others to create the individual and collective worlds we wish to see.

"Emily has a gift for saying exactly what you need to hear at the right time. Her guidance helped me reconnect with myself and set boundaries with confidence. Any woman in her 20s would be lucky to grow under her mentorship."

You must learn this one thing

You must learn

this one thing.

The world was made to be free in.

Give up all other worlds except the one to which you belong.

Sometimes it takes solitude

and the sweet confinement of your aloneness

to learn that anything

that does not make you come alive

is too small for you.

- David Whyte

What is meant by spiritual?

In the words of my spiritual mentor Julie Piatt, there is nothing more powerful than a being who knows itself. Twenty Two welcomes the unique ways each of us connects with God, Source, the Universe—or whatever name best captures your relationship to the divine. Here, we honor that there are as many paths to God as there are people on the planet.

At its core, Twenty Two is anchored in human sovereignty: the understanding that you are inherently free, deeply loved, and already hold the answers within. Following your own resonant source of truth is the path to your highest expansion. Through dialogue directed inward—toward the wisdom of the human heart and soul—we create space for expanded awareness and the retrieval of the deep knowing that lives within each of us.

Ultimately, Twenty Two is a container for realizing more and more of who you truly are—while holding space for others to do the same.

What does participation look like?

Circles are held twice each month, centering on reflection, sharing, and spiritual mentorship with Emily. Members are invited to drop in whenever they feel called, participating in whatever way resonates—whether through sharing and asking questions, or simply by listening and observing.

Twenty Two holds space for every soul to connect with its own source of truth through the unique dialogue of each gathering, which explores the ongoing dance of dismantling and rebirth. All topics of life are welcome here.

In circle, we reimagine the rules of friendship and community—co-creating a movement of support and unconditional love for the human soul.

We do this by:

  • Aligning each circle with spiritual principles that affirm every individual’s sovereignty and unique place in the universe.

  • Practicing deep listening, holding each person as inherently capable of living in alignment with their highest expression. This means no “one right path,” no judgment, no unsolicited advice, and no interference with another’s journey.

  • Witnessing with full presence, offering a spirit of deep belief in the power of the human spirit.

  • Embodying reverence for the human experience, allowing creativity to emerge free from labels, “shoulds,” judgments, or a prescribed action plan.

At times, we may break into pairs for deeper exploration and sharing, but the primary interaction will always be between each individual and the facilitator. You can learn more about Emily here.

What is a Soul Centric Circle?

A Soul-Centric Circle is a space where you learn to listen to what your soul is trying to communicate—alongside others who are bravely doing the same. It is a live, virtual, facilitated group where together we witness and support the dissolving of internal conditioning that has limited your unique expansion. It’s a movement to give voice and vision to your truest, most beautiful path—one unconfined by logic, reason, or cultural, familial, and societal constructs. All topics of life experience are welcome.

Twenty Two exists to reimagine what it means to be in spiritual community. We center dialogue around the highest becoming of the human soul—free from judgment, expectation, and dogma. At the heart of Twenty Two is the knowing that your most important source of truth is your own, and that you deserve space to explore it while being supported by others.

In this space, you will encounter kindred spirits unraveling ways of seeing the world that did not arise from their own source of truth—and rewriting their future in areas such as career and contribution, dating and relationships, environment and place, friendship, health, creative expression, identity, and navigating challenging family dynamics as examples.
