Emily is a leadership and human development professional and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who spent the last 8 years pioneering and leading global coaching program at a Fortune 500 company. From part-time employees to VPs—access to life and leadership coaching was scaled around the world. With over 1,500 client hours and a master’s in progress in Transpersonal Psychology, she brings depth, rigor, and soul to her work.

Through her company The Soul Conscious Leader, Emily helps her clients embrace the spiritual aspect of the human experience as a catalyst for healing the individual and planet at large. Her work invites leaders to reconnect with their natural guidance system, expanding authentic expression, conscious awareness, and impact in how they lead themselves, their teams, and the world.
